Building systems
Roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, foundation, crawlspace, and structural issues can be reviewed together.
Contractors buying homes directly
Roof leaks, water damage, old systems, structural problems, cleanup, and unfinished work do not have to become your project before you sell.

How it works
Some homes need much more than paint and flooring. Failed systems, water or storm damage, structural problems, years of deferred maintenance, or an unfinished renovation can make preparing to list expensive and difficult.
We’ll inspect the home and estimate the work ourselves. You do not need contractor bids or a complete repair plan before you contact us.
Homes we consider
You do not need contractor bids, a complete diagnosis, or finished repairs before contacting us.

Roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, foundation, crawlspace, and structural issues can be reviewed together.
Water, storm, fire, vacancy, pest damage, and years of deferred maintenance can all be considered.
Belongings, exterior debris, stripped rooms, and unfinished projects can be included in our evaluation.
Contractors who buy homes
Ryan is a designer and finish contractor. Matt is a renovation contractor and technician. Their hands-on experience helps us understand homes that need major work and estimate the repairs ourselves.
Making repairs before listing may increase the home’s marketability or price, but it takes money, time, and coordination. Selling directly lets us take on that work instead.
