Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Next Shore Home Buyers handles information submitted through this website and during a property inquiry.
Information we collect
We collect the information you enter in our forms: your name, phone number or email address, and an optional selling timeline. If we speak later, you may also choose to share details about the property.
When you use a form, we also record a random lead ID, the original and submission pages, the previous internal page, the referring website’s domain, and campaign information included in the URL, such as UTM parameters or Google ad-click identifiers. We do not record the full referring URL.
Our hosting provider may process basic technical and security logs, including your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.
Browser storage and site measurement
Where measurement is permitted, we use first-party browser storage to remember attribution information for up to 90 days. A separate session marker lasts no more than 30 minutes after a successful form submission and prevents a page refresh from counting the same Google Ads conversion twice. These values do not contain your name, phone number, email address, or property details.
The site also creates website usage and performance events for CTA clicks, form activity, FAQ opens, errors, and basic performance metrics. They are an integration point for quality checks and future analytics; no separate Google Analytics property is currently configured to receive them. For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising tags and attribution storage are blocked unless an approved consent experience is introduced.
Advertising conversion measurement
We use Google Ads conversion measurement on the production website to understand whether an advertisement led to a completed inquiry. Google may process ad-click identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and related measurement data. It may also use cookies or similar browser storage for attribution. Our conversion event does not send your name, phone number, email address, property address, or other form contents to Google.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond about the property, arrange a walk-through, prepare an offer, and complete a purchase if you decide to proceed. We also use limited technical and attribution information to operate and protect the website, understand which approved advertisements led to inquiries, prevent spam, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions for us. Google processes advertising conversion data as described above. A title or settlement company and other service providers may process information when needed to support an inquiry or complete a purchase.
We do not sell your information or send your inquiry to other investors as a lead. We do not share form contents for unrelated advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business transaction.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business records, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of information you submitted. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping.
Privacy requests
To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us through the phone or email conversation we previously used. If you no longer have that conversation, use our contact form and tell us during follow-up that your request concerns personal information. Do not submit sensitive information through the website.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website or operating practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised notice is published.
